There are no known cases that have resulted in non-monetary sanctions in any of the countries where the company operates.
Aciturri's Responsible Advertising Policy, approved by the Chief Executive Officer in 2012, includes all stakeholders, with special attention to customers. It also includes a commitment to respect legality, good faith, no incitement to violence, illegal behavior or discrimination, respect for good taste, the environment or truthfulness. We are not aware of any non-compliance related to marketing communications during 2023.
There have also been no legal actions or investigations into unfair competition or monopolistic practices this year.
Regarding data privacy, no formal complaints regarding breaches of customer privacy are known to have been filed in 2023. There have been no known leaks, theft or loss of customer data.
However, in compliance with our clients' confidentiality obligations and to protect our confidential information, at Aciturri, we ask suppliers and third parties to sign NDAs before they can access any sensitive or confidential information. In 2023, around one hundred NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) were signed with suppliers and other third parties.
Staff employment contracts also include specific confidentiality clauses.
In 2023, companies comprising Aciturri located in Spain incurred 39 financial penalties for a total amount of 19,703.04 €.
Aciturri Aeronáutica has paid two surcharges for late filing and payment of forms 123 and 216, amounting to 21.38 € and 6.81 €, respectively.
Aciturri Aerostructures has paid a surcharge for late payment of Social Security for the extinct company Aciturri Getafe, amounting to 39.74 €, a surcharge also for late payment of IAE (tax on the taxable income) 2023 for the Mairena work center, amounting to 1,618.56 €, a penalty imposed by the Land Transport Authority for late payment of an invoice, amounting to 4,001 € , eleven penalties imposed by the National Employment.
Aciturri Engineering has paid a surcharge for the improper application of bonuses in the area of Vocational Training for Employment, corresponding to the 2020 fiscal year, amounting to 554.49 €.
On the other hand, Aciturri Aeroengines has paid eight surcharges for late payments to Customs, amounting to 1,715.74 €.
Alestis Aerospace, in its turn, has paid two penalties to Service des Impots amounting to 88 and 144 euros.
In addition, in the area of occupational risk prevention, three fines of 3,000 €, 2,450 € and 1,470 € were imposed for occupational accidents.
There is no record of any penalty or financial fine in France or Brazil during 2023.
