At the core of Aciturri's growth, both in terms of knowledge and technological capabilities, is the coverage of the complete life cycle of its products.

Aciturri counts on an engineering team that covers the complete life cycle of its aerostructure projects, from their conceptual design phase to industrialization and customer support during their life cycle. This team, based at Aciturri Engineering and managed by the new Engineering and Technology Division, is divided into three units that provide services for the entire company's development projects, including R&D projects:

Product definition: conceptual design, structural design, calculus, system installation, MRB, product support and functional testing.

Process engineering: manufacturing process definition and concurrent materials and process engineering.

Tooling engineering: conceptual and detailed design, manufacturing, management and commissioning.

The high intensity of engineering activity and the requirements of new customers has led to an increase in engineering capabilities in terms of both resources and tools.

Nowadays, the Engineering team is facing one of its most intense periods of activity, combining new product development projects for the aeronautical sector (Falcon 10X or Deutsche Aircraft, among others) with disruptive aeronautical and space projects such as Lilium's Urban Air Mobility solution or cryogenic fuel storage tanks.
