14. These data correspond to the average headcount from January 1 to December 31 of the year in question, unless otherwise specified. To calculate the data on average workforce, we counted the total days of employment for all the staff and divided them by 365. In all cases, Spain is considered a "region". No segmentation by professional category is provided, since the large number of agreements applicable in the company makes it impossible to have comparable data. However, where possible, data are presented by role.
15. 107 people on average per year, representing 9.1% of the workforce. Considering data as of December 31st , 203 more people in 2022, compared to the same date in 2021, an increase of 17.55%.

The average percentage of permanent employees in 2022 is 90.43%. The temporary employment (9.57% of the workforce) is due to the special increase in the staff during this period, as mentioned above, as a result of the start of the sales recovery after Covid19.

Specifically, there are subcontracted personnel who provide continuous services to the company; 57 people dedicated to auxiliary services for production, 36 people linked to cleaning, 11 people to surveillance and 14 people to engineering. There is also a group of 383 workers in outsourced companies, 529 in supply companies and subcontracted personnel for discontinuous services (43 people in machinery and tool maintenance, 6 in building maintenance and conservation and 2 in computer equipment maintenance)18. There are significant fluctuations both during the year and in relation to 2021 in the case of design engineering, due to the development of new programs. As for the operating personnel of subcontracting companies, supply companies and subcontracting personnel for discontinued services, the increase in relation to 2021 is due to the progressive recovery of the company's activity compared to 2019.

The Aciturri Employment Site has continued to operate in 2022 with no new developments. This tool, together with the activity in the corporate social media, allows us to connect with more and better professionals. In addition, thanks to the Referrals Program, Aciturri's workforce can actively collaborate in the recruitment of new candidates.

During 2022, the usual actions for the promotion of the employment, paralyzed during the health pandemic, have been resumed. These include participation in employment fairs and visits to educational centers, or from these centers to Aciturri's facilities, to get first-hand knowledge of the company's activity.

18. The calculation is made considering Full Time Equivalent (FTE), as an annual average.

Out of the 279 registrations made in 2022 (190 more than in 2021), 56 of them correspond to participants in training programs incorporated through grants agreed with different universities.

Aciturri is committed to the rights of labor organization, association and collective bargaining, within the legal framework applicable at all times, as established by the principle of protection of collective rights set out in its Code of Conduct, which details how relations with workers' legal representative organizations must be based on mutual respect in order to achieve an open, transparent and constructive dialogue, thus promoting the consolidation of labor stability.

The entire workforce (100%) is covered by collective bargaining agreements, national or provincial agreements, negotiated between the social actors and employers. There is no company agreement, although agreements have been formalized that improve the conditions set forth in the applicable collective bargaining arrangements.

In each of the companies that constitute Aciturri there is legal representation of the employees, through which the social dialogue and negotiations that are appropriate in each case are articulated.

Whenever operational changes which are likely to significantly affect employees occur, we proceed on the provisions of article 41 in the Estatuto de los Trabajadores (Workers’ Rights Act), which deals with substantial changes in labor conditions.

In the event of an individual modification, the person concerned is notified at least 15 days prior to the effective date of the modification. When it is a collective modification, there is a previous period for discussions with the workers’ representative body which shall not exceed 15 days. After this period, and depending on the results of the discussions, conversations with the affected workers start.

On February 6, 2022, the RTERs (Record of Temporary Employment Regulation) applicable to the Ayuelas and Berantevilla facilities (the only ones applicable at that time) were ended early, thus closing the personnel restructuring stage linked to Covid19.
