Gender equality is one of the pillars of Aciturri's diversity policy, with Equality Plans being the main operational instrument.

Equality plans

Throughout 2022, the Equality Plans of Aciturri Aeroestructures, Aciturri Engineering, Aciturri Aeroengines and Aciturri Aeronautica have been negotiated and signed. All of them have been registered with the agreement of the workers' legal representatives.

Protocol for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination

In the context of these equality plans, a Protocol for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination has been agreed with the legal representatives. There have been no activations of this protocol in 2022, nor have any cases of discrimination been identified. There are no previous cases pending analysis.

Protocol of Action in Cases of Gender Violence

A Protocol of Action in cases of Gender Violence has also been negotiated and approved. There have been no activations of this protocol since its approval.
