Alestis maintains an active dialogue and establishes cooperation channels with its stakeholders.

Social Action

Alestis maintains an active dialogue and establishes cooperation channels with its stakeholders. This dialog is structured, among other means, through social actions, as described below.

As a criterion for selecting the recipients of social initiatives, the organization gives priority to those that are local, with the premise of improving the quality of life of the people in the communities where Alestis Aerospace has its facilities.

Alestis makes donations and sponsorships in accordance with the application of the procedure approved by the Alestis Board of Directors on December 10, 2016, seeking to align these actions with the defined strategic axes: Community and Education, Aerospace Sector or Science, Innovation and R&D.

Thus, in 2022, different actions have been developed with the social environment in which the company develops its activity:

Donation of 21 lots of Christmas baskets to the Seville Food Bank.

Valued at 882 euros.

2. Donation campaign of personal hygiene products, first aid and food.

These were delivered to the Ukrainian Church of Seville at the Palace of Exhibitions of Seville to help alleviate the negative social effects of the war in Ukraine.

3. V Company Race.

In November, the employees were invited to participate in the "V Companies' Race", with the company covering the registration costs of all participants and giving away the technical T-shirt for the event. The objective was to enjoy a sporting event that would contribute to strengthening the sense of belonging among employees, as well as to strengthen ties with other companies operating in our environment by reinforcing the values shared by the business world and the world of sports.
