The major action lines implemented with the stakeholders to advance this objective during 2022 were the execution of actions considered to be socially responsible.

In accordance with the Code of Ethics, Alestis maintains a three-fold stakeholder relationship management system:

Maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders

closest to the activity (foundations and NGOs, city councils and institutions, training centers, etc.) with the aim of knowing their expectations and identifying aspects to be improved by mutual agreement.

Promoting diverse social action initiatives to reinforce their positive impact,

establishing collaborations with organizations, as well as economic or other types of contributions, such as knowledge sharing in forums, participation in working groups, institutional events, etc.

Social analysis:

The execution of projects generates various impacts at a social level on the environment. The company manages these impacts, identifying their potential consequences and defining actions to maximize the positive ones and reduce or eliminate the negatives.

The main purpose of stakeholder engagement at Alestis is to voluntarily integrate their concerns into the company's social, economic and commercial operations,

On the one hand, attending to the concept of corporate responsibility for a comprehensive organizational development that responds to the needs of the social context in which Alestis operates, and in parallel, looking after the interests of the stakeholders themselves, due to their influential role in conditioning the evolution of the company and its success.

In this sense, the main lines of action implemented with the stakeholders detailed to advance in this objective during 2022 were the execution of actions considered socially responsible, collected throughout this document, as well as meeting and satisfying the needs that, fundamentally, customers, suppliers, media and sector and business associations have transmitted, in relation to relevant issues such as the legitimacy of the company and risk reduction, the contribution to continuous learning in the framework of the sector itself, the improvement of the economic performance of the company, through a strategic direction based on a management by objectives.

Likewise, in 2022, with the implementation of XperienciAL, Alestis focused its efforts on listening, understanding and analyzing the employee experience in order to subsequently deploy an action plan to ensure coverage of the main needs of the workforce and thus align the expectations of employees and the interests of the company.
