Equal Opportunities between Women and Men

Gender equality is one of the pillars of Aciturri's approach to diversity, reflected in the design and implementation of Equality Plans.

Aciturri Aerostructures, Aciturri Engineering, Aciturri Aeroengines and Aciturri Aeronáutica have Equality Plans negotiated with the workers' legal representation and registered under Spanish legislation. Staff related to these companies received training on gender equality and diversity during 2023.

On the other hand, Alestis is negotiating its Equality Plan, also under current legislation.

There are no legal obligations in this respect in Brazil. However, we strive to maintain the balance between all employees, regardless of their gender, and follow criteria that promote inclusion, respect, and diversity. For instance, vacancies and selection processes are published without gender restriction.

As part of the equality plans for Aciturri Aerostructures, Aciturri Engineering, Aciturri Aeroengines and Aciturri Aeronáutica, a Protocol for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination has been agreed with the legal representatives. Alestis' entire workforce is covered by the protection measures against workplace harassment in the collective bargaining agreements applicable in each work center. In addition, there is a Protocol for the prevention of and action against sexual and gender-based harassment, approved by the negotiating committee of the Equality Plan.

Regarding the Harassment Prevention Protocol, three complaints were received in 2023, although only one of them led to the activation of the protocol, which confirmed that there was no harassment. The other two were anonymous complaints, one regarding the complainant and the other regarding the person reported. The latter was investigated anyway, and harassment was also ruled out.

There have been no activations of the sexual or gender-based harassment protocol.

 There is also a Protocol of Action in cases of Gender Violence. No activations of this protocol have taken place since its approval.
