Internal Communications

"The corporate social network SAP JAM has become the main internal communication channel of the organization in Spain."

The corporate social network SAP JAM has firmly positioned itself as the organization's main internal communication channel in Spain. Each team member has a user to access via mobile application or web platform, freely publish content associated with the work activity, view images, videos or documents published by other users, and comment on them if they wish to do so. 1348 publications were registered in 2023, an increase of more than 29% over the previous year.

In November, the tool was extended to the teams at the work centers in Cadiz, Vitoria and Seville, and it is planned to incorporate the team operating in Brazil in 2024.

Other communication channels have been preserved, such as the quarterly assessment of the company's activity shared by the General Management via JAM with the entire team or a monthly communication space in the panel meetings at each work center where the production teams participate.

The screens located in the rest areas and entrance hall of the work centers in Cadiz, Vitoria, Getafe and La Rinconada have also continued to be used for internal communication, broadcasting brief news items on the company's activities. These screens are also used to strengthen the corporate communication campaigns for the different areas of the organization's own projects. It is planned to extend the use of this channel to the rest of the company's facilities during 2024.

The company's Internal Knowledge Sharing Sessions program, created to share internally the experience and knowledge of the different divisions within the organization, has been kept used. The dynamic of those sessions is as follows: several people who collaborate in the same project or area share their knowledge and experience around specific issues (e.g., cybersecurity, design change management, business diversification, new technological developmentsā€¦) for approximately 35 minutes, allocating time for a Q&A session with the attendees. Attendance is free for all staff, and the presentations used are subsequently shared on the Aciturri training platform. During 2023, 24 Aciturri professionals participated as speakers in a total of 12 sessions, attended by 89 people on average.

In 2023, 1,348 publications were recorded, representing an increase of more than 29% compared to the previous year.
