In cybersecurity, an information security management system covering the entire company has been deployed and will be audited in the first quarter of 2025 to achieve ISO 27001 certification.

Several milestones have been achieved in deploying the defined systems infrastructure model, including migrating the IT systems at plants where this process was still pending to a private cloud and deploying a hybrid data center on Microsoft Azure. The necessary infrastructure for SAP S/4HANA Rise has also been implemented, along with a 24/7 response model for service availability incidents.

Another notable advance is the completion of the Active Directory integration project for Aciturri, Alestis, and Alestis do Brasil, including the user and service databases, as well as the implementation of common work policies and methodologies for the entire company.

To improve administrative processes and increase efficiency, we have deployed the Office 365 workstation solution and are piloting the Microsoft Copilot artificial intelligence solution to assess its potential benefits.

In Rochefort, progress continues to be made in improving cybersecurity levels while expanding server infrastructure. At both this site and in Casablanca, work is underway to integrate new tools, such as the Sage X3V12 ERP.

The PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) project is based on standardizing engineering processes to parameterize the tool. Training for key users is progressing, with a planned start date in the first quarter of 2025.

Regarding cost improvement, a project to rationalize license use has been implemented to seek synergies in engineering team integration.

In 2024, the first phase of integrating the ERP in Brazil with the company's standard was completed. The process unification and parameterization tasks for the new corporate ERP (SAP S/4HANA) have been completed, and the system is scheduled to launch in early 2025.

Regarding people management systems, the entire application ecosystem has been overhauled by rolling out the SAP solution to cover recruitment, training, evaluation, payroll, the employee portal, and travel management. This aims to achieve an end-to-end process within a single working environment.

In the industrial sector, two lines of action have been established in the systems integration project. One focuses on jobs requiring human intervention and uses the POLARIS solution, which has been implemented in all work centers. The other focuses on machine-type jobs and uses the MAPEX solution to cover production processes and maintenance tasks throughout the company.

Other important milestones within these areas include integrating Brazil into the corporate ERP and rolling out applications already operating in Spanish plants. Noteworthy as well is the launch of digital production orders through Polaris at the Vitoria plant, thus completing the initial map of work centers where the rollout of this solution was planned.

The deployment of the data architecture and ETL processes provides a solution for reporting on the new systems deployed in 2024 and those that will be operational in 2025, such as SAP S4.

This process's technical solution is entirely new and based on 100% Microsoft Azure Cloud technology. It allows the integration of both internal and external data sources and substantially improves the presentation layer with Power BI. It also offers great possibilities for report analysis from the workstation thanks to its native integration with the Office 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Copilot.
