Concerning Dassault, Aciturri is progressing in the industrialization of the new Falcon 10X Business Jet, in the Design&Build programs for the tail cone and landing gear hatches, to complete the delivery of the first aircraft required for EIS (Entry In Service). This strengthens the company's position within Dassault regarding participation in programs with design and manufacturing responsibility for new products and increases the possibility of exploring new collaboration and development avenues for engineering and certification activities associated with delivering the first elements to the customer.
The new contract with Calidus for its B250 platform continues in development. Upon delivery of the first aircraft, showcased by the customer during the Dubai Airshow, Aciturri will continue to deliver the aircraft needed for Calidus to complete the planned test campaign in 2024.
Regarding Airbus' A220 program, the A220 HTP (Horizontal Tail Plane) sub-assembly transfer has been launched, and the product has been industrialized. The first deliveries will be made at the end of the year.
Concerning the programs with the leading OEM, Aciturri continues to work in 2023 to meet the commitments acquired with its customers, reorganize its industrial footprint and develop the necessary actions to take on the confirmed rate increases in single-aisle aircraft and the workload increases that may result from the demand for twin-aisle aircraft.
The operational integration of Alestis and Aciturri's aerostructures business generates synergies to consolidate the company's industrial footprint.
To satisfy the entire value chain of the products Aciturri delivers, from the supply chain through the company itself to the end customers, in 2023, Aciturri continued the deployment of its Quality First project, of utter importance to ensure the improvement of product quality and to align the quality levels demanded by the end customers. The Programs team provides the necessary support to ensure that both mass-produced and new products are designed, manufactured, and delivered in compliance with quality standards and concurrently, the necessary adaptations are made to ensure the quality requirements are met.
