Equal opportunities between women and men

In the context of equality plans, protocols for prevention and action against harassment and discrimination and a protocol for the prevention and action against sexual harassment and harassment based on sex have been agreed upon. None of these protocols were activated in 2024.

Gender equality is one of the diversity dimensions at Aciturri. Through Equality Plans, the company implements actions to achieve real and effective equality between women and men.

Aciturri Aerostructures, Aciturri Engineering, Aciturri Aeroengines, Aciturri Aeronáutica, and Alestis Aerospace Services have negotiated Equality Plans with their workers' legal representatives and registered them in accordance with Spanish legislation.

In France, a gender equality index is prepared and communicated annually.

According to legal requirements, if the index is below 75, a specific action plan must be implemented. This has not been the case at the Rochefort site, so no specific actions have been taken.

There are no legal obligations in this regard in Brazil and Morocco. However, we strive to maintain gender balance, acting under the criteria of inclusion, respect, and diversity. 

In the context of equality plans, Protocols for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination and a Protocol for the Prevention and Action against Sexual Harassment and Harassment Based on Sex have been agreed upon. None of these protocols were activated in 2024.

There is also a Protocol for Action in Cases of Gender Violence, which has not been activated since its approval.
