Within the Equality Plans in place at the Company, the Protocols for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination have been established, as well as the Protocol for the prevention of and action against sexual harassment and gender-based harassment.

Aciturri is committed to gender equality and incorporates it into its diversity approach through the development of Equality Plans. These plans are implemented through actions that achieve real and effective equality between women and men.
Aciturri Aerostructures, Aciturri Engineering, Aciturri Aeroengines, Aciturri Aeronáutica, and Alestis Aerospace Services have established and registered Equality Plans with the legal representation of workers, in accordance with Spanish legislation.
In France, an annual equality index is prepared and communicated, providing a comprehensive assessment of gender disparities in the workforce. In accordance with legal requirements, if this index falls below 75, the company is obligated to implement a designated action plan. This has not been the case at the Rochefort work center, and therefore no specific actions have been launched.
While there is no explicit legal obligation in Brazil and Morocco, the objective is to achieve balance between both genders, always with an approach based on inclusion, respect, and diversity.
Within the Equality Plans in place at the Company, the Protocols for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination have been established, as well as the Protocol for the prevention of and action against sexual harassment and gender-based harassment. During 2025, the Protocol for Prevention and Action against Harassment and Discrimination was activated on two occasions. One of them involved direct communication to the E&C department in Spain, which was not considered to be sufficiently substantiated to carry out an investigation. Regarding the second, communicated to the E&C department, the corresponding investigation process was carried out, after which it was determined that the reported conduct did not constitute moral harassment, as there was no repetition or systematic pattern of humiliating acts, a requirement considered essential for its characterization, in accordance with consolidated case law and the applicable legal basis.
In the case of the Protocol for the prevention of and action against sexual harassment and gender-based harassment, there were no activations in 2025.
There is also an Action Protocol for cases of Gender-Based Violence. Since its approval, there have been no activations.
