19. The data reported for electricity consumption in the 2023 sustainability report differs from this one, since an error was detected in the data corresponding to Brazil the publication of this document. after This modification affects both the electricity consumption data and the total energy consumption and carbon footprint calculation for 2023.
19B. The percentage of renewable energy of Endesa, supplier of electricity for all facilities in Spain, is 43.6% , according to the CNMV report published for 2024.
20. The percentage of renewable energy of EDP, an electricity supplier in Brazil, is 0%, in accordance with the power purchase agreement signed with the company.
21. The renewable energy share of EDF, the electricity supplier in France's facilities, is 13%, according to its website.
22. The electricity generated comes from the Boecillo, Tres Cantos and Puerto de Santa María plants.
23. Natural gas and propane gas are included.
24. The data is modified with respect to that reported in the 2023 Report, since a new invoice for 2023 associated with the Tres Cantos work center was received after the closing of this one. This also implies the modification of the total energy consumed data, as well as the energy intensity ratio.
25. The conversion factors used are 1 kWh = 0.0036 GJ, diesel density = 832 kg/m3, diesel PCI = 43 GJ/t.
26. The ratio has been calculated on the total energy consumed within the organization, compared to the company's turnover.

In 2024, Aciturri continued to carry out improvements aimed at increasing energy savings and efficiency. The most significant of these improvements are described below:

  • Tecnobahía
At Tecnobahía, work has been carried out on the compressed air installation to centralize air production in a single compressor room. This modification involved connecting the two buildings' rings, replacing the fixed compressors in the two rooms with a variable compressor, and installing an efficient thermal mass dryer.
  • Puerto Real
In Puerto Real, a high-power fixed compressor was replaced with a variable compressor that can adjust its flow rate to the plant's requirements.
  • Brazil
In Brazil, two obsolete circuit breakers in the primary cabin were replaced with new ones.
