Staff 10

Aciturri is a great place to work, according to the Top Employer certification, which in 2024 recognized the company as one of the best companies to work for in Spain for the second year in a row.

This recognition highlights the company's talent strategy, work environment, onboarding process, learning, diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being, which are the foundations of a model of relationship between the company and the people who work there, seeking long-term satisfaction for both parties.

10. The data collected in this section relates to the workforce as of 31 December of the corresponding year, unless it is specified that the reported data corresponds to the annual average number of contracts. For Brazil and Morocco, given their large workforces and low turnover rates, it is assumed that these figures are the same.

Aciturri's workforce increased by 262 people in 2024. This is partly due to the addition of the Morocco plant, but also to growth at existing sites.

Aciturri's workforce increased by 262 people in 2024. This is partly due to the addition of the Morocco plant, but also to growth at existing sites.

The Aciturri Job Portal is the main tool for engaging with potential candidates. In fact, in 2024, this portal was unified for all Aerostructures plants via the SuccessFactors (SSF) platform. Social networks such as LinkedIn and specific email addresses are also used, particularly in Brazil and Morocco. In some cases, specialized companies and headhunters also participate in the selection processes.

Additionally, the Referral Program enables the workforce to actively contribute to the search for new candidates. Furthermore, the company continues to attend job fairs and visit educational centers, or receive visits from these centers at its facilities, as a means of attracting talent.

The company's Code of Conduct establishes the principle of protecting collective rights. According to this code, Aciturri is committed to respecting the rights of unionization, association, and collective bargaining. It is committed to always doing this within the legal framework in force and in each country.

It specifies that relations with organizations representing workers must be based on mutual respect to promote open, transparent and constructive dialogue and consolidate job stability.

The entire workforce in Spain and France (100%) is covered by collective bargaining agreements, national or provincial collective agreements negotiated between social partners and employers. There are no company agreements (except for the Vitoria workplace, which is dependent on Alestis Aeroespace S.L.U.), although agreements have been formalized that improve the conditions provided for in the applicable collective agreements.

In all the companies that make up Aciturri in Spain, France, and Morocco, there is legal representation for workers, through which social dialogue and negotiations are conducted in each case. These issues do not apply in the case of Brazil.
