Aciturri is an excellent workplace, accredited by the Top Employer certificate, which recognizes the company as one of the best companies in Spain for the second consecutive year.

This recognition is based on matters such as the talent strategy, the working environment, the onboarding process, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion and wellbeing, which places value on establishing a long-term relationship model with the people who join the company.12

12. Data collected in this section corresponds to staff data as of 31 December of the corresponding year, unless it is specified that the reported data means annual average number of contracts. Given the size of the workforce and the low turnover in Brazil and France, it is understood that the two data coincide.

Aciturri is committed to respect the rights of labor association and collective bargaining, within the legal framework applicable at all times and in each country.

Aciturri Employment Portal has continued to operate, and together with the corporate social networks, it is the primary tool for contacting potential candidates. In addition, the "Programa Referidos" (Referrals Programme) allows staff to search for new candidates actively.

Furthermore, Aciturri has continued to be present at job fairs and visiting educational centers (or receiving visits from these centers at their facilities).

Aciturri is committed to respecting the rights of unionization, association and collective bargaining within the legal framework in force at all times and in each country, as established by the collective rights protection principle set out in its Code of Conduct, which details how relations with workers' legal representative organizations must be based on mutual respect to achieve an open, transparent and constructive dialogue, thus promoting the consolidation of employment stability.

The entire workforce in Spain and France (100%) is covered by collective bargaining agreements, national or regional collective agreements, negotiated between the social agents and the employers. There is no company agreement, although some arrangements have been made to improve the conditions provided for in the applicable collective bargaining agreements.

Workers' legal representation exists in all the companies that make up Aciturri in Spain and France, which is the channel for the corresponding social dialogue and negotiations in each case.

These matters do not apply in the case of Brazil.

"The team has scaled up production of the LEAP Hub to support the customer with 100% of this component on the LEAP 1A."
