The Company seeks to meet the objective of mitigating any risks associated with the health and safety of staff and of all people related to its activity or products. For this reason, it has Aciturri’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy, with a continuous improvement approach. The environmental policy is also integrated into the document, which establishes the life and health of people.

Aciturri's Occupational Health and Safety Policy is designed to mitigate any potential risks related to the health and safety of its staff and all individuals associated with its operations or products. This policy is guided by a commitment to continuous improvement. The document, which also integrates the environmental policy, establishes people's life and health and the quality of the environmental surroundings as one of the basic pillars of the organization's operations, and supports compliance with Human Rights, especially with regard to Article 3 ("Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person").

This policy is public (link). Internally, it is made available to staff through SSFF and, during onboarding processes for new hires, it is included in the content presented. It is also ensured that contractors accessing the facilities receive it for their information through the application used for access management.

This Occupational Health and Safety Policy were updated in 2025 both at Aciturri Aerostructures and Aciturri Aeroengines.

To ensure its deployment across all the organization’s activities and all levels of the organization chart, as well as across its commercial relationships, Aciturri has an Occupational Risk Prevention Management System, designed and certified under the ISO 45001 standard, covering all work centers linked to the companies Aciturri Aerostructures S.L.U., Aciturri Engineering S.L.U., Alestis Aerospace S.L.U. and Aciturri Corporate S.L.U., as well as Aciturri Aeroengines S.L.U. This system is responsible for assigning responsibilities to the different levels of the organization, ensuring that objectives are achieved based on reducing accident rates through a preventive culture, developed through operating procedures that enable the Health and Safety Policy and its commitments to be integrated into the organization’s daily activity.

Aciturri ensures that the team is aware of and implements safe and responsible practices. For this reason, it provides the information and training necessary to generate a preventive culture, whose priority is the continuous improvement of working conditions.

The Joint Prevention Service is common to all Aciturri work centers in Spain until 30 September 2025, the date on which Aciturri Aeroengines S.L.U. ceased to be part of it.

As part of preventive activity, risk assessments are carried out on an ongoing basis through specific software, taking change management into account.

The entire team receives occupational risk prevention training according to their job position.

In Brazil, training was provided to the members of CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Commission), aimed at 5 people, as well as training for new employees.

Aciturri considers staff participation, through their legal representatives, necessary to achieve proper management of this variable. Thus, during 2025, the Health and Safety Committees represented 98.64% of Aciturri’s staff in Spain, including the companies Aciturri Aeronáutica, Aciturri Aerostructures, Aciturri Engineering, Aciturri Corporate and Alestis Aerospace for the full year, and 100% of the staff in Spain, including Aciturri Aeroengines between 1 January and 30 September of this year; 100% in France also for the January to September period described above; and 0.33% in the case of Brazil for the full year. During 2025, the Morocco work center did not have legal representation of staff.

The Health and Safety Committees in Spain are established as Health, Safety and Environment Committees. This provides greater participation for the legal representatives of staff in dealing with matters that go beyond strictly preventive issues, as they can participate in environmental objectives, policy and actions.

The Company also works to raise awareness of the principles of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy among subcontractors and the supply chain, so that they can support the operations arising from their relationship with the Company by providing their knowledge in preventive and environmental management.
