Aciturri's Occupational Health and Safety Policy aims to combat any health and safety risks related to its staff or activities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Aciturri's Occupational Health and Safety Policy aims to combat any health and safety risks related to its staff or activities, with a focus on continuous improvement. The document, which also includes the environmental policy, establishes the health and safety of people and environmental quality as basic pillars of the organization's operations. It supports the fulfillment of human rights, especially Article 3 ("Everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person"). The policy was revised on September 1, 2023, and approved by the general management. This policy is public.
Internally, it is disseminated through Nexo and presented during the onboarding process. In addition, contractors who access the facilities receive it through the access management application.
To ensure its deployment across all the organization's activities and all levels of the organizational chart, as well as its business relationships, Aciturri has an occupational risk prevention management system, designed and certified under the ISO 45001 standard, covering all work centers linked to the companies of Aciturri Aerostructures S.L.U. Aciturri Engineering S.L.U., Aciturri Aeroengines S.L.U., Alestis Aeroespace S.L.U. and Aciturri Corporate S.L.U. This management system assigns responsibility at different levels of the organization with the aim of reducing accidents through the promotion of a culture of prevention. It is implemented through a set of operating procedures that enable the commitments of the Health and Safety Policy to be integrated into the day-to-day running of the organization.

Aciturri has an occupational risk prevention management system, designed and certified under the ISO 45001 standard, covering all work centers linked to the companies of Aciturri Aerostructures S.L.U. Aciturri Engineering S.L.U., Aciturri Aeroengines S.L.U., Alestis Aeroespace S.L.U. and Aciturri Corporate S.L.U.

Aciturri provides the necessary information and training to its staff so that they are aware of and carry out safe and responsible practices, with the aim of promoting a genuine preventive and environmental culture, focused on the continuous improvement of both working and environmental conditions.
The Joint Prevention Service is common to all work centers in Spain. As part of the preventive activity, risk assessments are carried out on an ongoing basis, using specific computer software, taking into account change management.
All staff receive occupational risk prevention training according to their job position.
In order to achieve adequate management of this variable, Aciturri considers it necessary for the workforce to participate through their legal representatives. Health and Safety Committees have therefore been set up to represent 94% of the workforce in Spain and 100% in Brazil and France. However, during 2024, the Moroccan work center will not have legal representation for the workforce.
In Spain, these committees have been established as Health, Safety and Environment Committees, enabling the legal representatives of the workforce to participate in environmental policy objectives and actions, as well as those strictly related to prevention.
Aciturri also promotes extending the principles of its Occupational Health and Safety Policy to subcontractors and the supply chain. As stated in the text, the company provides support and knowledge in preventive and environmental management for operations resulting from their relationship with Aciturri.
Sadly, in 2024, the company lost one person (a man) due to sudden death, which was unrelated to his work but occurred on the company's premises during working hours.
