SAP JAM, the internal corporate social network, remains the organization's primary communication channel. Each team member has a user account that allows them to access the mobile app or web platform, post work-related content, and view images, videos, or documents posted by other users. They can also comment on these posts.
Other communication channels have also been maintained, such as the monthly Kaizen Communication sessions during panel meetings at each workplace. Production teams participate in these sessions, which serve to disseminate corporate news via digital information panels.
The Internal Knowledge Sharing Sessions Program was created to disseminate the experience and knowledge of the organization's different areas of activity. Approximately one session is held per month, and the program has continued throughout the year. During each session, individuals working on the same project or in the same field share their knowledge and experience on specific topics, such as cybersecurity, design change management, business diversification, and new technological developments, for approximately 35 minutes.
