The Aciturri Management Team is made up of 20 people, 8 women and 12 men, all over the age of 30.

By the end of the year, Aciturri's workforce included 44 people with disabilities (nine women and 35 men). Specifically, 37 of them worked in Spain (four women and 33 men), one worked in Brazil (one woman), and six worked in France (four women and two men).

To comply with the legal minimum required in Spain, alternative measures amounting to €1,435,234.46 are being implemented through the purchase of goods and services from Special Employment Centers, as well as a work enclave in Boecillo with 4 employees 13. Alternative compensation measures are also being established for the Rochefort work center, amounting to €23,936. The work center in Brazil paid a penalty of €716.75, and there is no such obligation in Morocco.

To ensure accessibility to its facilities, the company conducted an audit in collaboration with Ilunion to identify potential areas for improvement.


13. The staff at the Tres Cantos facility, mentioned in previous reports, has been integrated into that workplace. Similarly, one of the people linked to the Boecillo facility in 2023 has become a member of staff at this center.
