Aciturri's Code of Conduct establishes among its values respect, defined as the development of interpersonal relationships based on equality and the recognition of personal and professional dignity, regardless of status, function, gender and/or cultural background.

The company has a diverse workforce in terms of gender (23% female, 77% male), age (16% under 30, 71% between 30 and 50, 22% over 50) and origin.

Aciturri's Management Board comprises 16 people, 5 women and 11 men, aged over 30.

At the end of the year, 43 disabled people (10 women and 33 men) were part of Aciturri's workforce.

At the end of the year, 43 disabled people (10 women and 33 men) were part of Aciturri's workforce. Specifically, 33 people work in Spain (6 women, 27 men), 1 in Brazil (1 man) and 9 in France (3 women and 6 men).

To comply with the legal minimum required in Spain, alternative measures totaling 863,613.52€ are also being developed through purchases and subcontracting of services to Special Employment Centres. Two work enclaves are being developed: in Tres Cantos, with 11 employees on the payroll, and Boecillo, with 5 employees. Alternative compensation measures totaling 29,000 euros are also provided for the Rochefort site.    

[Ley_Accesibilidad universal de las personas con discapacidad] To ensure the accessibility of the facilities, the company carried out an audit, in collaboration with Ilunion, to identify possible recommendations.
