As part of Aciturri’s corporate culture, a working environment focused on employees’ personal development is promoted through the implementation of various initiatives, regardless of their position or professional performance. These activities seek to generate social value and strengthen the sense of belonging within the organization.

“Draw their Christmas”

Aciturri annually organizes the children’s contest “Draw their Christmas”, aimed at employees’ children under the age of 14. The winning drawings are used as the image on the Christmas cards sent to staff, customers, suppliers and institutions, reflecting the Company’s commitment to family integration and creativity.

In addition, for each drawing submitted, a donation of €5 is made to Cáritas, intended for projects supporting children and adolescents. In 2025, the total amount reached €1,115, delivered on this occasion to Cáritas in Valladolid, consolidating the positive impact of the initiative in the community.

In the 2025 edition, 223 children participated and, together with their parents, had the opportunity to visit the work center. The event included a guided tour of the facilities, the presentation of a gift and an afternoon snack, encouraging closer ties between families and the professional environment.

Open House Kids

The team in Brazil celebrates Children’s Day every 11 April through the “Open House Kids” initiative.

The aim is for employees’ children, aged between 3 and 15, to visit the facilities with their parents and take part in activities adapted to their age, promoting family bonds and knowledge of the working environment.

In 2025, 55 children took part in the program and received a coloring book featuring handmade items and family photographs, which helped strengthen their sense of community and belonging.

Quality of Life Project and Well-being Walk

In 2025, the team in Brazil held the first edition of the Well-being Walk, an activity designed to promote physical exercise among employees. A total of 40 people took part, demonstrating interest in fostering healthy habits and well-being in the workplace.

This initiative is part of the local “Quality of Life” project, whose objective is to encourage and guide health care in its professional, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social dimensions, contributing to employees’ integral development.

Carsharing

In 2025, Aciturri launched its first car-sharing project, with the objective of facilitating shared rides for employees on their daily commutes, thereby reducing CO2 emissions and optimizing costs.

To this end, the company has provided its staff with a mobile app that allows them to sign up, post their routes, and contact colleagues who take similar routes and wish to share a ride.

The project also includes a direct financial incentive for drivers, who can recoup part of their travel expenses through Energy Savings Certificates (CAE), thereby promoting sustainability in commuting to work.

Promotion of healthy habits

As part of our commitment to promoting healthy habits, the Company encouraged employees’ active participation in local sporting events. During the past year, 31 employees took part in the “Carrera de las Empresas”, held in December in Madrid, while another 25 employees joined the annual race organized by the newspaper ABC in Seville. These initiatives reinforce our purpose of fostering well-being and health among our teams by promoting physical activity.
