The team has led the monitoring of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across all production machines, with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency, minimizing losses, and ensuring optimal asset performance.
During the 2025 fiscal year, the Technical Services teams made relevant progress, including the acquisition and commissioning of new equipment and systems that make it possible to optimize production processes and strengthen the organization’s operational efficiency.
In the Aeroengines division, machining centers (D500 and Mazak) and latest-generation lathes were incorporated and adapted, with the aim of increasing production capacity and improving adaptability to market demands. New facilities for additive manufacturing, heat treatment, brazing and plasma were also put into operation, enabling the internalization of various processes.
In Morocco, the relocation of the Casablanca plant to the new facilities resulted in an increase in production capacity and an improvement in working conditions.
The Technical Services team within the Aerostructures business has been instrumental in leading the monitoring of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across all production machines. This initiative is driven by the objective of optimizing operational efficiency, minimizing losses, and ensuring optimal asset performance. It is an essential component of our commitment to responsible resource management and continuous process improvement.

Throughout 2025, various initiatives have been implemented to promote energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint

The identification and management of obsolescence in critical equipment, such as autoclaves, laser projection systems, cutting machines, and ultrasonic machines, has led to the formalization of a framework agreement with suppliers and the development of an action plan for the year 2026. This action plan is aimed at ensuring technological sustainability and operational continuity.
At the Tecnobahía plant, the installation of a new longitudinal transfer system for loading and unloading autoclaves made it possible to increase production capacity, improving efficiency and safety in operations.
In relation to environmental management, work was carried out throughout the year on the installation of a new evaporator at the Vitoria plant and on the assessment of improvements at the Ayuelas plant, to rigorously comply with legal discharge requirements and reinforce the Company’s commitment to environmental protection.
Finally, throughout 2025, various initiatives have been implemented to promote energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint, as detailed in the "Energy Consumption" section, reaffirming the organization's commitment to the transition toward a low-carbon economy.
