“I am pleased to present, for the first time, this Non-Financial Information Statement. which gives us the opportunity to share with all our stakeholders the main progress and achievements made by our company during the 2025 financial year.”

This Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Non-Financial Reporting Law and the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard. The report aims to provide all stakeholders with transparent information about the environmental, social, and economic impact of our activities. This year marks the thirteenth consecutive year that Aciturri reaffirms its commitment as a signatory partner of the United Nations Global Compact.

2025 has been a particularly important year in the company’s history, marked by the agreement reached with Grupo Sonaca for the acquisition of 51% of Aciturri’s aerostructures business.

This industrial alliance opens a new phase, in which the combined strengths of both companies will enable aircraft manufacturers to access a unique range of technological and industrial capabilities, from design through to the delivery of complete assemblies ready for integration into end products, for both civil and defence applications.

Sonaca and Aciturri are undertaking this joint project backed by a solid industrial track record, with decades of experience in metallic structures, systems integration, and the design, manufacture and assembly of complex composite structures. This strategic alliance gives rise to a new European aerospace benchmark, comprising more than 6,700 professionals, with a presence in seven countries and revenues exceeding €1.2 billion in 2025.

In this context, in 2025 Aciturri0 completed the definitive separation of its aerostructures and engine components businesses. This process, developed over recent years, has provided each unit with robust and independent structures, as well as the flexibility required to adapt to the challenges and opportunities for evolution and growth specific to each business.

From these new positions, both Aciturri Aerostructures and Aciturri Aeroengines will continue to respond to the technological challenges of the near future, increasing their international presence and participating in new platforms, thereby ensuring the long-term sustainability of both industrial projects and contributing to employment stability.
