During the year, Aciturri consolidated its role as an engineering and construction partner in highly demanding aeronautical and aerospace programs, reaching relevant milestones in different design and manufacturing developments. In the field of advanced air mobility, progress was made in the Lilium Pegasus eVTOL program, where direct support was provided for the ground demonstration activities prior to the prototype’s first flight, and the development of the “Wing Long cycle” package parts, the manufacture of the parts for the first prototype and the preparation of FPQ manufacturing for Embraer’s EVE100 eVTOL platform were completed.
In the business aviation sector, the Dassault Falcon 10X program recorded key progress with the delivery of the landing gear doors for the first flight prototype, as well as the issuance of the structural justification required to obtain the flight permit, a milestone that demonstrates the maturity of the engineering solutions developed by Aciturri for this high-performance model.
On this same platform, during 2025 the configurations and FPQs for the Rudder and Elevator were progressively closed, and the MSN3, FST, MSN4 and MSN5 units were manufactured.
In the regional aviation segment, during 2025 we continued working on the D328eco aircraft, a new-generation turboprop aircraft, achieving significant progress in concurrence and launching the manufacture of the TAC1 demonstrator parts.
In the field of space access, design and preparation activities were completed for the qualification of the PLD Space Miura 5 launcher’s ejectable payload fairings.

Progress was also made in the design and justification of new versions of the Airbus A350, including its freighter variant and the ultra-long-range model. This work contributes directly to the evolution of one of the strategic programs in global commercial aviation, reinforcing Aciturri’s presence as a benchmark engineering supplier in primary structures.
In the field of space access, design and preparation activities were completed for the qualification of the Miura 5 launcher’s (PLD Space) ejectable payload fairings—a critical component for protecting the payload during ascent—as well as the manufacture of development and qualification models of the rocket’s interstage ring. Similarly, progress was made on the design of avionics support structures for the Vega E launcher (Avio), expanding the company’s involvement in the low-cost, high-efficiency orbital launcher sector.
Finally, conceptual design and structural engineering (airframe) work was carried out for a new eVTOL vehicle from manufacturer Vertical Aerospace, consolidating Aciturri’s expertise in electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, a key segment in the transition toward more sustainable air mobility.
As for Aciturri Aeroengines, S.L.U.,
The first nine months of the year were marked by the development of new processes:
Additive Technology
Acquisition of an EOS PBF-LB machine for INCO 718 material printing, thereby launching an innovation and development project for complex turbopump components using Additive Technology.
HT and Brazing processes
Acquisition of equipment and in-house development of the HT and Brazing process, focused on LEAP HB51A and HB51B engine components, with the aim of developing this capability in-house.
Plasma thermal spraying process
Incorporation of the capabilities and development of the plasma thermal spraying process, with the aim of bringing this process in-house, also for the LEAP, Pearl 15, and Pearl 700 engines.
In addition, new machined products have been industrialized for the capabilities of the Orón plant, for the TXWB and LEAP engines.
