During 2025, the Systems area of Aciturri Aeroengines completed a strategic year marked by the consolidation of the carve-out and technological autonomy. The actions were aimed at ensuring a robust, secure and sustainable infrastructure to support the Company’s independent growth:

  • Carve-out and technological segregation

The full separation of systems from the parent company was completed, establishing dedicated environments for communications, SAP, databases and critical services.

  • Sustainable infrastructure

Progress was made in the migration towards a hybrid cloud, and the Ircio and Orón data centers were closed, reducing energy consumption and optimizing physical resources.

  • Strengthened cybersecurity

A patch manager was deployed, and the implementation of a Managed Security solution was initiated, ensuring resilience and protection against threats.

  • Digitalization and efficiency

New solutions were incorporated to drive process digitalization and reduce paper use.

  • Advanced analytics

The use of Power BI was strengthened to automate reports and improve decision-making.

All these initiatives consolidated Aeroengines’ technological independence and contributed to the sustainability objectives through resource optimization, consumption reduction and comprehensive digitalization.

In the case of Aciturri Aerostructures, progress has been made that strengthens the Company’s position, consolidating a more robust technology model and paving the way to continue growing on innovative, secure and sustainable foundations.

A total of 13 supply chain quality audits were completed, with an average score of 96 out of 100.

Infrastructure and cybersecurity

In the area of Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, there has been a marked enhancement in protection and operational resilience.

We are pleased to announce that, following the successful attainment of ISO 27001 certification, the implementation of a cybersecurity training plan in collaboration with So Safe, the unification of the MDM system, and the optimization of communications through the HERMES project, we have achieved significant advancements in security, standardization, and operational efficiency.

Standardization in technology in Brazil also establishes a unified global perspective on the group's technology model (network + Azure).

These initiatives have been supported by a cross-functional team contributing to the automotive business divestiture process, a complex corporate milestone in which IT has ensured operational continuity, proper technological segregation, and information protection at every stage.

Engineering and product

In this area, a new digital stage has begun with the deployment of the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM and the migration of the TeamCenter history, strengthening technical knowledge management and collaboration with engineering and customer teams.

In addition, training and change management processes have been managed within the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation project.

Management systems

During this year, the Systems department has played a key role in the evolution of the company's operating model through the integration plan, strengthening its technological foundation and its capacity to meet market challenges.

The modernization of the SAP ecosystem — including the launch of SAP S/4 in Spain, the unification of the SuccessFactors human resources platform, and the launch of the new SAP S/4HANA — has marked a turning point in process management. These changes lay the foundation for safer, more efficient, standardized, and scalable processes in the coming years.

Digitalization and Industry 4.0

The Digitization area has also been a key driver in improving plant efficiency. It has delivered applications with a significant operational impact, such as MAQM, GLIA+GQA, PPAP, and COA. It has implemented Polaris MOM and rolled it out in Brazil. It has also adapted internal solutions and active RPAs to the new ERP.

Data Center

In the DATA area, a new corporate analytics framework has been built on Microsoft Fabric, making it possible to publish the first reports connected directly to the new SAP S/4 ERP, facilitating more informed decision-making aligned with the Group’s strategy. In addition, cloud ETL integration based on Microsoft Azure standards has been carried out.
